If you have grown to believe that junk food is healthy for you or doesn’t cause any harm, and that it has nothing to do with your weight problems, you have adapted to junk thinking, and all your efforts are for naught until you clear your brain of these thoughts.
Who is Naturally Slim
It may appear that some people never need to consider exercise or nutrition because they are naturally thin and stay that way. You may be resentful of these people for having a trait you don’t possess, but the reality is you are able to trim down and stay that way, also, if you will only take advantage of some weight loss motivation and a positive outlook.
It should be mystery that the reason why some people are “naturally” thin is that they have developed the mindset to master the matter of their bodies. They don’t crave junk foods and sit on their butts every chance they get. They realize the value of good, flavorful, healthy food and they keep active.
